To help new employees adapt to the work environment, understand job requirements, enhance their professional skills, and achieve their career development goals, the company has implemented technical training and mentorship programs—aligned with the "Mentor-Mentee Implementation Measures"—covering production processes, electromechanical maintenance, and analytical systems. Experienced senior staff members are carefully selected to pair up with new hires.
