On November 16, Wei Chaohui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, visited the company to inspect industrial development efforts, emphasizing the need to advance the construction of a smart factory and ensure robust safety management practices. Zheng Xiang, Secretary of the County Party Committee; Yang Lianxi, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor; and other officials accompanied the inspection.
On November 16, Wei Chaohui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, visited the company to inspect industrial development efforts and emphasized the need to accelerate the construction of a smart factory while ensuring robust safety management practices. Zheng Xiang, Secretary of the County Party Committee; Yang Lianxi, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor; and other officials accompanied the inspection.
Accompanied by Liu Ying, Chairwoman of the company, and Huang Wei, General Manager, Wei Chaohui toured the main production line equipment in the organic workshop. She listened to a briefing on Xiangwei's history of construction, its business operations and production activities, key ongoing projects, and industrial layout. During the meeting, she gained insights into the performance, quality, and market positioning of the company's flagship products. Wei expressed her appreciation for the comprehensive benefits and significant social value that Xiangwei has brought to the local community since resuming operations following its restructuring. At the same time, she emphasized that, in terms of extending the company’s industrial chain, Xiangwei must prioritize technological innovation and explore new application scenarios for "Artificial Intelligence Plus." By advancing initiatives such as building digital workshops and smart factories, the company can reduce overall costs, enhance its innovation capabilities, bolster competitiveness, and strengthen its ability to withstand risks—thereby driving high-quality growth. Finally, she assured that the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will provide unwavering support for Xiangwei’s development, coordinating closely with relevant departments to ensure robust service and assistance.
Wei Chaohui placed particular emphasis on safe production, stressing that enterprises must never let up for a moment in their safety efforts. She urged everyone to always adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost," paying close attention to details, rigorously following procedures, and prioritizing both process safety and intrinsic safety—ultimately ensuring the stable growth of the company.
