The personnel structure of the section is relatively complex, and most of them are new employees. In order to ensure the rapid growth of new employees, the section adopts the method of "bringing the old with the new" to ensure the technical strength. From November 2023, the company will organize a monthly training for theoretical and practical positions. The PVAC section closely follows the pace of the company to carry out training seriously, from basic training, unit operation to the handling of abnormal phenomena in production, to the training and practical operation of the system, etc., to achieve new and old students, everyone passes, in the process, a group of excellent new workers emerge. In August this year, adhering to the principle of fairness and fairness, the section re-recruited the position, boldly used outstanding employees, and let them become the main and deputy operators. At the same time, we will carry out mutual learning and mutual assistance activities in the central control room. In October, the positions in the distillation and recovery control room were successfully swapped.
