On January 25th, Cai Yong, an employee of the PVAC section of the Organic Workshop, delivered a speech on behalf of the winners of the "2024 Post Technical Competition" at the company's 2024 annual summary and commendation meeting.       Good afternoon everyone!       My name is Cai Yong, and I am an employee of the PVAC section of the Organic Workshop. I am honored to have won an award in this technical competition. Standing here, I feel both excited and nervous...       I am a veteran employee of Xiangwei, having worked in the alcoholysis section for many years, and I have deep feelings for Xiangwei. After Xiangwei's production shutdown in May 2017, like many Xiangwei employees, I packed my bags and joined the ranks of migrant workers to make a living. Nearly five years later, with the backdrop of Xupu County's "industrial prosperity and county strengthening" initiative, Xiangwei resumed production, and I returned to this big family without hesitation. I love Xiangwei, and I love this land even more. Thank you to the new Xiangwei for providing us with this work platform, allowing us to continue working on this land filled with emotion.

Company Party Committee organizes "Welcoming the New Year, Blooming Original Aspiration" Party Building Activity

Following the arrangements of the Party Committee's work plan, and in conjunction with the convening of the comprehensive enterprise Party Committee's election congress of the Xupu Industrial Development Zone, the company's Party Committee recently organized a "Welcoming the New Year, Blooming Our Original Aspiration" activity. On December 27, more than 40 company members took a bus to Xupu Industrial Park to attend the Party Congress. During the bus ride, the company's party workers led everyone in studying the content of "The Five Distinctive Features of Chinese-Style Modernization," implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress' Third Plenary Session. The company's 2024 technical competition has begun

On the morning of December 13th, the first theoretical exam for the company's 2024 job skills competition was held in the second-floor meeting room of the office building. Personnel from the acid-base pump station and methyl acetate positions in the Production Technology Department carefully answered the questions. To test the effectiveness of on-the-job training in production units, further enhance the enthusiasm of employees to learn technology and business, improve the overall awareness of learning and operating skills, and fully adapt to job requirements and technological innovation, the company organized the 2024 job skills competition and formulated the "2024 Job Skills Competition Plan". The competition is divided into two parts: knowledge and skills. The final total score is accumulated based on 40% theoretical written examination, 55% skill operation, and 5% work attitude. In early January 2025, the "2024 Employee Training Summary and Skills Competition Award Ceremony" will be held to commend and reward those with excellent results, which will also be included in the company's various incentive programs.
