May Day Labor Day

On April 27th, Junyi Farm in Xupu County was bustling with activity. A "May Day" get-together organized by the Xiangwei Company Party Committee was underway. More than 40 "2024 Outstanding Employees" and key employees from various departments gathered to celebrate the weekend and May Day in their own way. The event began with the singing of "We Walk on the Great Road," with all employees singing "Forward, forward, the revolutionary spirit is unstoppable; forward, forward, towards the direction of victory," showcasing the style of outstanding employees and expressing their determination and momentum to dedicate themselves to their posts and make further contributions.

General Manager Huang Wei gave a speech at the gathering, saying that since Xiangwei restarted production after restructuring, all employees have considered Xiangwei their home and prioritized their work, wholeheartedly dedicating themselves to equipment maintenance, employee training, production and operation, and technological innovation. Everyone worked tirelessly, cooperating to overcome one difficulty after another, with production and operation reaching new heights year after year. A large number of employees have made contributions at their posts, making positive efforts in various positions and showcasing the style of "outstanding employees." He sincerely hoped that these outstanding employees would carry forward their achievements, do a good job, make new contributions at their posts, and continue to strive for new achievements. Rui Yun from the organic workshop is a "Hunan Provincial Labor Model." Combining his job nature, he shared his growth experience and labor model story from the aspects of "learning," "doing," and "thinking."
