On the afternoon of August 28, the company held a meeting of its Party members, during which a new Party Committee was elected. Leaders from the higher-level Party committee attended to offer congratulations and provide guidance.

The previous Party Committee Secretary, Huang Wei, delivered the Party Committee's work report.

Yang Aimin, a member of the Party Committee, presented a report on the use of party membership fees.

During the official election, Xiao Liang, Deputy Secretary of the Comprehensive Party Committee of Enterprises in the Xupu Industrial Development Zone under the CPC, read out the superior party committee's approval regarding the renewal of the Xiangwei Party Committee's leadership. The meeting then adopted the "Draft Regulations on the Election of Members of the Party Committee of Hunan Xiangwei Co., Ltd." Subsequently, all attending party members followed the prescribed procedures and requirements to cast their votes. After the scrutineers and vote counters meticulously tallied the results as mandated, seven comrades—Huang Wei, Qu Zhaocai, Hou Yingjie, Yang Aimin, Lin Fang, Liu Junwu, and Xu Zolin—were unanimously elected as members of the Second Committee of the CPC Committee of Hunan Xiangwei Co., Ltd. At the subsequent First Meeting of the newly elected Party Committee members, Huang Wei was elected as the Party Secretary, while Qu Zhaocai was appointed as the Deputy Party Secretary. Meanwhile, the other committee members proceeded to allocate specific responsibilities among themselves.

Huang Wei, representing the newly elected members of the Party Committee, delivered a statement expressing gratitude for the organization's trust and high expectations, as well as appreciation for the leadership's care and support and for the employees' assistance and encouragement. He pledged to lead the entire Party Committee team in uniting all staff members, approaching challenges with even greater enthusiasm and adopting a more pragmatic work style, while actively seizing opportunities to drive the company’s continuous progress. He emphasized the company’s core values—"People-oriented, Efficiency-first, Quality-superior, Harmony-valued"—and committed to listening closely to employees' voices, addressing their needs, and fostering a workplace environment that is both dynamic, collaborative, and harmoniously uplifting. Additionally, he vowed to strengthen his knowledge of Party-building principles, consistently elevating the quality of Party work, and upholding the rigorous standards expected of Party members. He pledged to remain humble, prudent, and dedicated to seeking truth from facts, earning the trust and support of everyone through concrete actions.

Comrade He Fangtong, the Party-building Instructor stationed by the County Committee at the Xupu Industrial Development Zone, began his speech by extending congratulations on the convening of the meeting and the election of the newly appointed members of the Party Committee. He fully praised the meeting's well-organized and standardized procedures and content. Moreover, he expressed heartfelt appreciation for the enthusiastic, focused, disciplined, and proactive spirit demonstrated by the Xiangwei Party members throughout the proceedings.

He Fangtong stated, "From the words and actions of Xiangwei's Party members, I see the vitality of our enterprise; and from everyone's spirited demeanor, I sense the bright future of Xiangwei. He added that Xiangwei was once the pride of Xupu County. Since its restructuring and resumption of production in 2021—especially after the establishment of the Xiangwei Party Committee—the company has achieved remarkable new milestones in areas such as operations, production management, Party building, and corporate culture development. At the same time, Xiangwei has demonstrated significant social value and played a vital role in Xupu County's strategic initiative to 'boost industry and strengthen the county.' He expressed his firm belief that, under the leadership of the new Party Committee and with the concerted efforts of all Xiangwei employees—particularly its dedicated Party members—Xiangwei will surely regain its former glory and once again become the pride of Xupu County."

The meeting issued a call to all Party members, urging them to embrace an even stronger sense of conviction, adopt a more pragmatic approach, and muster greater determination and enthusiasm as they "uphold Party principles, demonstrate dedication, enhance our image, and drive development" in their respective roles—thus jointly writing a new chapter in the growth of Xiangwei.
