      On January 25th, the company's 2024 annual summary and commendation meeting was held in the fourth-floor meeting room of the office building. Work reports from production units were heard, and outstanding employees, award-winning groups and individuals from the job skill competition were commended. Chairman Liu Ying delivered a speech, and General Manager Huang Wei gave a summary of the 2024 work.

      Liu Ying first extended congratulations on behalf of the company to the advanced collectives and outstanding individuals who received honorary titles, and expressed his gratitude to all employees. He said that through the joint efforts of all employees, 2024 achieved significant results in energy conservation and emission reduction, process optimization, technological innovation, and employee training, realizing safety assurance, environmental protection standards, and quality optimization; some indicators reached the best historical levels. These achievements are commendable, and good experiences are worth summarizing.

      Regarding the work of 2025, Liu Ying emphasized that we must closely follow the market, leverage our advantages, and strive to achieve quality transcendence. All employees should, with innovative thinking and a positive attitude, dedicate themselves to all aspects of the company's production and operation, focusing on their duties, willing to contribute, emphasizing innovation, comparing skills, competing for results, striving to be skilled workers and outstanding employees, and making new contributions to the company's new development.

      The meeting commended 37 outstanding employees, 2 organizational awards for job skill competitions, 17 first-place winners in job skill competitions, 7 second-place winners in job skill competitions, and 12 third-place winners in job skill competitions.       This summary and commendation meeting is the first commendation meeting held since Xiangwei's reorganization and resumption of production. It was grand and enthusiastic, aiming to commend the advanced and encourage the backward. Whether it is the highlight displays of major production workshops or the sincere expressions of outstanding employee representatives, they all demonstrate the confidence and determination to love Xiangwei, focus on their posts, and dedicate themselves to their work, which is invaluable.
