The competition is divided into two parts: knowledge and skills. The final total score is accumulated based on 40% theoretical written examination, 55% skill operation, and 5% work attitude. In early January 2025, the "2024 Employee Training Summary and Skills Competition Award Ceremony" will be held to commend and reward those with excellent results, which will also be included in the company's various incentive programs.
