Celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the CPC

        On July 1, the Company's Party Committee held the "Summary and Commendation Meeting of 2024 Party Building Work" in the conference room on the fourth floor to celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, summarize the work of 2024 Party building, commend outstanding party members, and arrange and deploy the next stage of party building work.

        After the meeting began, all members sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China together. Under the oath of Party Secretary Huang Wei, all Party members reviewed their oath of joining the Party.

        Huang Wei gave a party lecture on the coordinated development of "material civilization" and "spiritual civilization" in the era, as well as the inheritance, expansion, and development of Xiangwei culture. He proposed the ideas of "integration of party building work and production and operation", "integration of old Xiangwei and new Xiangwei", and "integration of Xiangwei and Dasheng" for party building work and corporate culture construction. There is both theoretical depth and thinking based on the practical and long-term development of Xiangwei.

        Huang Wei also put forward the requirements for party building work. One is to fully leverage the "two roles" of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and as a vanguard model for Party members. The second is to organize the election of the Party committee and Party branch well, and to complete the election work with high quality under the guidance of the higher-level Party committee according to requirements, standards, procedures, and time. Thirdly, we need to focus on organizational development. Support the coordination and establishment of trade unions, women's workers' committees, and youth league organizations to make the organization "strong" and its role "big", providing a platform and opportunity for trade union members and Communist Youth League members to showcase their talents and play their roles, and encouraging them to make greater contributions to the development of the enterprise. The fourth is to focus on the development of party members. Efforts should be made to strengthen the management and ideological construction of party member organizations, encourage and cultivate more young people to strive for progress in ideology, improve their abilities, and make contributions in their positions, continuously strengthen the party member team, and provide talent support for better and faster development of enterprises. Fifth, we must conscientiously organize party building activities. Based on the party building brand of "one lesson, one practice per month", organize party members to solve problems and overcome difficulties based on their positions, encourage participation in training, learning, and exchange activities, and let employees feel the vitality of the organization and cultivate a sense of collectivism through participation in activities.

        Hou Yingjie, member of the company's party committee and director of production and operation, summarized the main achievements of the company's party building work in 2024, while also pointing out the main problems that exist. He clarified the work ideas of strengthening organizational construction, party member management, and corporate culture construction, and solidly carrying out the "One Lesson, One Practice" theme party day activities to ensure that the company's party building work has new progress and new effects.

        Yang Aimin, a member of the company's party committee, read out the party committee document "Decision on Commending Outstanding Party Members in 2024" and awarded certificates and bonuses to 8 "Outstanding Party Members".
